Geopolitics 0.3 "Flags"

Hey, folks.

We've updated Geopolitics a little bit.

First off, I want to show you map changes. 

Here's changes in sea routes and a new province - Hawaii Islands. Now USA can expand into east-asian region with much ease.

By the way, Honolulu is the 99th province in the game and I think that's cool :)

And now for something completely different - we've added flags!

Flags are shown in the country selection menu, in the province details menu and at the top panel.

Also, we've annihilated a couple of bugs.
